Deceased Name: FURNEY
FURNEY, Alberta L., 91, of Dade City, passed away September 5, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Torn Furney, and sons, Gene, Frankie and Johnny Furney. She is survived by her daughter, LaDonna Hancock and husband Charles of Greensboro, N.C.; two grandchildren, Debra LeTourneau and husband Dan, and Jeff Hancock and wife Karen; four great-grandchildren, Cameron LeTourneau, Allison LeTourneau, Zachary Hancock and Alyssa Hancock; and many nieces and nephews who loved and helped her. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2005, at Turkey Creek First Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Lowe officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to services at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.
