Genevieve, 95, of Rocklin, California passed away in Rocklin on 10/13/2013. She was born September 29, 1918 in Oregon, the daughter of Bill Hook and Ethel (Caudle) Hook of Milton-Freewater, Oregon. She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Hess of Milton-Freewater, Oregon; her daughter Jeanne Thompson of Reedsport, Oregon; and her son, Ed Attebury of Lake Havasu, Arizona. She is also survived by two grandsons, five great grandchildren and neices & nephews. Genevieve attended public school in Milton and graduated from Eastern Oregon University in LaGrande Oregon with a teaching degree. She taught school in Lostine, Oregon and Klamath Falls, Oregon. She married Edmund Alan Attebury of Stanfield Oregon and they were married for over 62 years. During her life, Genevieve lived in Oregon, Hawaii, Hong Kong and California. Inurnment will be at Milton-Freewater Cemetery, Milton-Freewater, Oregon.
