OBITUARY:
Mrs. H. Moshier of Near London Passes Away
Died at the Home of Her Son Frank on Saturday Morning, May 18, After a Long Illness.
On Saturday evening [sic, headline says morning], May 18, Mrs. Henry MOSHIER passed away at the home of her son Frank near London village.
Mrs. Moshier had been a long sufferer and was confined in her bed for several weeks before death came to relieve her.
Besides her son Frank she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Nina Warrington and Mrs. Joe Magee, both of near London.
The funeral was held this afternoon, May 20, at the London church. Interment was made in Woodbury cemetery in Lyle, Minn. The deceased was a sister of the late Charles Mahachek of this city.

Mrs. Henry Moshier passed away at her home in Lyle township Saturday, May 18, 1929, following an illness due to complication of diseases which confined her to her room the past six weeks. The passing of this good woman brings sorrow to her many relatives and scores of friends.
Antonet Machacek was born October 2, 1855 at Kutna Hora, Bohemia. In 1864 she came with her parents and nine other children to America and lived on a farm near St. Ansgar, Ia. residing there until 1875 when they came to Lyle township. Antonet was united in marriage with Henry Moshier on September 4, 1878 who preceded her in death nine years ago. Five children were born to this union, Ida Etta whodied in infancy, Mrs. Helen Magee who died September 18, 1914. Thos who survive the deceased are her son Frank Moshier, two daughters, Mrs. Nina Warrington and Mrs. Emily Magee, also three granddaughters, Vila and Evely Magee and Ruth Warrington all of Lyle township; also two brothers Lewis Machacek of Lyle and Amos Machacek of Austin. Three weeks ago death claimed her brother, Charles of Albert Lea.
Mrs. Moshier was a woman who was devoted to her family and loved her home, leaving them only on occasions when she might render helpful service to those afflicted or in need. Her home was ever a place of cheerful hospitality where relatives and friends delighted to frequent and who were always greeted with genuine cordiality. The deceased continued the same cheerful disposition during her weeks of illness and bore her suffering with unusual patience.
The funeral was held this afternoon with services at the home of the United Brethren Church of London with Pastor Rev. Roy Carpenter officiating. The R. N. A. of London took part in the service honoring this loved one who had membership in that organization for forty years. Burial was at Woodbury cemetery.
