Mr. Walters was a retired bookkeeper for City Furniture. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Mansfield Lodge 35 F. & A.M., Mansfield Chapter 28 R.A.M., Mansfield Council 94 R.& S.M., Mansfield Commandery No.21 KT, Baku Grotto, and Pleasant Hill Boat Club.
Survived by wife, Doris Cloes Walters and a stepson, Norman Cloes; two step grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Merle Pittinger and Mrs. George Beer, both of Mansfield.
