Born Sept. 19, 1931, in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Fay C. and Louise Hewitt Cline. She was a Lifetime member of St. James Lutheran Church, where she held many leadership positions throughout the year.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jake Sigmon
