The deceased was born in Schimmervitz, Pommerania, Germany, on Jan. 31, 1849. In 1873 he was married to Miss Johanna Boi, and in 1880 they came to this country, first making their home in Horicon.
Later they resided on a farm near Beaver Dam, before coming to this city, where they resided for 22 years. Mr. and Mrs. Zorr were the parents of nine children, three of whom preceded the parents in death.
Survivors are Mrs. William Griesbach, this city; William Zorr, Wauwatosa; Mrs. Joe Kaiser, Fond du Lac; Paul Zorr, Watertown; Mrs. Elsie Bailey, and Miss Louise Zorr, Milwaukee. Eighteen grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren also remain.
Mrs. Zorr died here on Dec. 25, 1928. For many years Mr. Zorr was employed by the Milwaukee road.
