Celestino was survived by his wife Lugardita Sánchez; children: Diana Sánchez (Fernándo), Edmund Sánchez (Suzanne), Veronica Lovato (Lawrence), Martha Sánchez (Darin), Richard Sánchez (Nannette), Pete Sánchez (Georgia), Deluvina Sánchez (Jack), Cynthia García (Ron) and family; grandchildren: Moses, Matthew (Rachel), Mindy (Billy), Lorenzo (Melissa), José (Danielle), Lucas (Benita), Sara (Robert), Domingo, Helena, Jesse, Felipe (Lyndsey), Ana Marie, Santana, John David, and Ricardo; great-grandchildren: Isabella, Gabriella, Angelica, Alyse, Liliana, Shania, Wyatt, Steven, and Christopher; and many other relatives and friends.
A Rosary was recited on 18 Oct 2013 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Costilla. Funeral Mass was on 19 Oct 2013 at the Sacred Heart Church. Interment followed in the Amalia Cemetery.
