Jim's family was transferred from Keifer, OK to Wewoka, OK, and that is where he met his best friend, the love of his life, his wife of 62 years, Patsy Sue (Brock) Delcour. They came to Yukon in 1966. Jim worked at OTASCO for 17 years, and then went to work for Tinker Air Force Base as a Jet Engine Tester until he retired. After retirement, Jim & Patsy loved to travel, and have been to 48 states in the US. Jim was a good, solid family man who loved his family more than life.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Fred & Mae Delcour; brother, Lowell Delcour; nephew, Fred Delcour; sister, Helen Mitchon; sister, Rosanna Miller; son, Steve Delcour; and granddaughter, Heather Valdez. He is survived by his wife, Patsy Delcour; daughter, Lisa Peppard; son-in-law, Mark Peppard; granddaughter, Becky Morris; and granddaughter, Jennifer Hatfield.
