MARKED TREE---Charles Eugene Stark, 78, retired teacher, died Sunday at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Murphy Funeral Home with burial in Marked Tree Cemetery. He was a Sunday school teacher at Marked Tree First United Methodist Church for 33 years, a member of Three Rivers Country Club, Arkansas Retired Teachers Association and former member of Marked Tree Lions Club. Mr. Stark, the husband of Laverne Stark, also leaves a sister, Edith LaFrain, and a brother, Bill Stark, both of Memphis.
