Denison, Texas -- Patsy Dobson, 82, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at her residence in Denison, Texas. Patsy was the daughter of Hershel and Pearl Haliburton Safley. She married Harold Dobson who preceded her in death in 2005.
Funeral services for Pasty will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel in Bells/Savoy, Texas. Reverend Julie Rickey and will officiate. Interment will follow in Cemetery in Temple, Texas.
Patsy graduated from Eastland High School in Eastland, Texas and after moving to Denison in 1960 she attended Grayson College School of Nursing where she received her Registered Nursing License.
Patsy is survived by her daughters Cathye Lazenby and Carole Tanner both of Denison, sister Winifred "Jessie" Timmermeier of Alton, IL., grandchildren Amber Wilhite and her husband Gary, Clayton Stokes and his wife Ricki, Hunter Stokes and his wife Sunni and Kyle Lazenby, great-grandchildren Preston, Presley, Jewlie, Eiland, and Nolan.
Pallbearers will be Clayton Stokes, Hunter Stokes, Kyle Lazenby and Gary Wilhite.
The family will receive friends Monday at the funeral home.
