Henry P. Germann, of R.R. 1 died at 6:25 a.m. yesterday at Memorial Hospital following an illness of four days.

Mr. Germann was a retired coal miner and lived in Springfield since 1909.

He was a member of the PMWA Local 63.

He is survived by his wife, the former Florence Ramey; one daughter, Mrs. Doris Petterchak, of Springfield; two grandchildren; two brothers, Fred, of Albion; and Christian Germann, of Robinson.

Remains were taken to the Staab Funeral Home where services were held.

Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery
