Mildred B. Thierwechter, 89, of Tranquil Terrace, Lebanon Valley Brethren Home, Palmyra died Sunday October 13, 2013 in the Home. She was the wife of the late Roy W. Thierwechter who died in 2011.
Born in Rehersburg on November 8, 1923, she was the daughter of the late John B. and Emma Snyder Bennetch. She was a homemaker and was the youngest of 15 siblings and the last of that generation.
Surviving are two daughters Sandra L. wife of Dwain Alexander of Rockwood, Tenn., Carol A. wife of Kenneth Stark of Glen Mills, PA, two grandchildren Christopher Alexander and Jennifer Luciw, two great grandchildren Sebastian and Annica, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM from the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Interment will be in Zoar Lutheran Church Cemetery, Mt. Zion. Viewing will be held on Friday from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Contributions may be made to Canine Partners for Life, P.O. Box 170, Cochranville, PA 19330 or Billy Graham Ministries, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201 or LVBH Tranquil Terrace, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra, PA 17078 in her memory.
