CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — Abbie Belle Margrave, 96, passed away August 2, 2003 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born November 18, 1906 in Corsicana, Texas to John and Belle Grant.

Mrs. Margrave was a licensed vocational nurse; she worked at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen during World War II and later for Dr. Ashcraft, Dr. Davidson, and Dr. Harrop.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Margrave and her son, Donald Margrave.

Mrs. Margrave is survived by her daughters, Maxine (Curtis) Boykin of Dallas, Texas and Dora (Dell) Sibley of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren, Frank, Sherry, Glen, Mark, John, Donnie, and Deena; great grandchildren, Kim, Jamie, Stephanie, Mitchell, Corey, Lindsey, Christopher, Michael, Courtney, John, and Nicole; great great grandchildren, Braven, Kennedy, Brett, and Dax.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 6, 2003 at Restlawn Memorial Park in La Feria, Texas.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
