Margaret (Peg) Marie Sims, 75, June 4, 1938 in Kankakee, IL left this world peacefully surrounded by her family on October 12th, 2013. Her greatest joys were spending time
with her husband of 58 years, John R. Sims of Sycamore, IL.

She enjoyed traveling to visit family, NASCAR, gardening, a nice breakfast and a good cup of coffee. she never met a stranger and loved to try new things. Peg was a passionate and caring mother who made sure all seven of her children felt like they were unique individuals that were all equally important.

She is preceded in death by her parents Olive G. And Michael Bacino brothers; Richard (Dick) Bacino, Michael Bacino; Raymond Bacino; one son Brian K. Sims and one daughter-in-law Jacqueline (Clark) Sims; one grandson Joseph T. Sims.

Survived by her children John W Sims (Rebecca), Robin Sims-Quick (Randall), Richard M Sims (Gloria), Traci A McElroy (Bobby), Michelle R Sims-Casey (Patrick).
Grandchildren; Daniel Sims, Lindsey Dunston, Rachael Patel, Helena Balleros, John Quick, Joshua Quick, Adam Sims, Candis Schoenberg, Alexandra Sims, Shelby Casey, Patrick Cole Casey, John T. Sims.
Great-Grandchildren; Mathew Dunston, Alyvia Dunston, Ethan Dunston, Daniel Sims, Noah Balleros, Gabriel Balleros, Ashlain Sims, Dylan Sims, Callie Schoenberg, Bryce Schoenberg.

Burial will be at Kankakee Memorial Gardens.
