Auntie died from Parkinsons complications with a contributory of Dementia. She is buried at The Little Chapel by the Sea in Pacific Grove, California according to her death certificate, but when I contacted the cemetery, they say she is not buried there. They also had me contact El Carmelo Cemetery and she is not buried there either. Update: Her death certificate says she was cremated, therefore, I believe her ashes were spread in Monterey after her passing. She was an osteopathic physician for all of her adult life and graduated from medical school. It was very rare for a female doctor to practice in the early 1900's. She was one of the first female doctors in the area. Auntie as everyone fondly called her lived at the Protestant Episcopal Old Ladies Home at 2770 Lombard Street in San Francisco, CA. She was divorced from her husband, George Cary. Her death certificate says her fathers name was James Cary. Her father was James Thomas Waggoner. Cary was her husbands surname. Her mother was Mary Belle Kelly Waggoner. She lived at 506 Forest Ave in Pacific Grove, CA in the 1930's. I'm not sure at the moment when she sold the house and moved to San Francisco, CA.
