As Hugo Blaser was taking his sister, Lydia, home in a buggy from where she works in the Farmers State Bank in Garber the horse became unmanageable and kicked the boy, who is about 15 years old, in the bowels so severely that he died a little before midnight of the same day in an Enid hospital where he was taken by advice of the doctor in hopes of saving his life.
His sister was also kicked by the savage beast but she was luckily out of reach and but little injured.
His father was also killed by a horse about 15 years ago. He was found dead in the pasture and was supposedly killed by being thrown on his head indicated by injuries received that caused his death.
