Dorothy K. Davidor was born to Joel Garland Knotts and Vannie Barrett Knotts in Annona, TX on Nov. 26, 1920, and died Oct. 7, 2013. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Triplett (Gene), Deborah Stirling (Don), and Jo Ann Davidor Ivy (David); brother, Jack Knotts (Gayle); grandchildren, Aaron Triplett, Andrew Stirling, Elizabeth Newton, Michael Stirling, David E Ivy, Jr., and Laura Ivy Patocs; great-grandchildren: Zachary and Hailey Triplett; Evelyn, Ingrid, and Edith Stirling; Nicholas and Luke Newton; and Luiza Ivy Patocs. After her 15-year marriage to John Quincy Crow in Texarkana, TX, Dorothy raised her daughters alone for many years. She met Robert Hamilton Davidor in Oklahoma City in 1963. She married Bob in 1967 and gained another daughter, Jo Ann. Dorothy and Bob worked together in their oil company in Oklahoma City, Jackson, MS, and Denver until his death in 1981. Dorothy loved books, music, casinos, and entertaining friends and family. We will miss her sharp wit, sense of humor, and kind and gentle spirit. Graveside service 11 a.m. Oct. 19 at Memorial Park Cemetery by Corbett Funeral Home.
