Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 am Friday at Janssen Funeral Home in Schofield at 10 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Wausau. The Reverand Thomas Mannion will officiate and burial will be in Forestville Cemetery, Town of Easton.
Mr. Barden was born July 2, 1877, in the town of Easton, son of the late Mr and Mrs James Barden. On October 10, 1904 in Wausau, he married Louise Neuendank, who survives. He was a retired farmer. Survivors besides his wife are two sons, Ross, at home, and Edgar, Aniwa Rt 1, and six daughters, Mrs. Irene Clinkunbroomer, Evanston, Illinois, Mrs. Harry Kole, 5904 Birch Street, Schofield, Mrs. Ervin Burgoyne, 806 South 11th Ave, and Helen Barden, 6301/2 McClellan Street, both of Wausau, Mrs. Howard Nutter, Merrill Rte 5, Mrs. Henry Cherek, Ringle Rte 1, one sister, Florence Barden, San Francisco, 12 children and 8 great grandchildren
