04/25/2004 CHARLOTTE, Iowa -- Forrest H. Adams, of Community Care Facility, Charlotte, Iowa, died Friday, April 23, 2004, at the facility. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, at Pape Funeral Home. The Rev. Dan Schadt will officiate. Visitation will be from noon until the service hour Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Clinton, Iowa. Pallbearers will be friends and family. Forrest was born July 17, 1916, in Toronto, Iowa, the son of Forrest A. and Ava (Harlock) Adams. He worked for Synders Sand and Gravel. Forrest is survived by a sister, Wanda Adams, of Clinton; and four nieces. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
