She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Earl Nunn; daughters, Kathy [Tony] Vasconcellos of Cincinnati and Karen [Paul] Riese of Miamisburg; grandchildren, Morgan and Macey Riese and Jennifer and Ryan Vasconcellos; sisters, Brenda [Alan] Frisby of Columbia, SC and Sandra Johnson of Ashland, KY as well as many other extended family and friends. Janet graduated from Ashland Junior College, Eastern Kentucky University and received her Master's Degree in education from Wright State University. She dedicated over 30 years to Miamisburg Elementary Schools before she retired. Janet was very much a people person who loved to socialize and play cards with numerous friends. She had a distinctive and infectious laugh that drew people to her. Janet was a long-time member of Sigma Phi Gamma Sorority and St. James United Methodist Church and volunteered often at the Methodist Thrift Shop downtown Miamisburg. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
