He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years; Erma Jean Carter, sons; Tony (Bonnie) Carter, Kevin (Marti) Carter and Darrell (Christie) Carter, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers, 4 sisters and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father and 4 brothers.
