Alice Lorana Anderson Griffiths, 93 passed away of causes incident to age on Nov.13, 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born on July 24, 1906 in Orangeville, Utah to Joseph Willard and Lorana Page Anderson, and attended schools in Roosevelt, Utah. She married Marvin Kenneth Griffiths on April 20, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He preceded her in death.

Alice was an active member of the LDS Church and belonged to the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She enjoyed doing crafts for herself and her family. Holidays were special to her. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be missed by everyone.

Survivors include two daughters, LaRue Quilter (Charles) of Salt Lake City, Utah, Marlene Guevara (Manuel) of Taylorsville, Utah; sisters; Ruth Blair, Anna Miller and May Blair, six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by brothers, Joseph and Sharon Anderson and sisters, Inez Christensen and Mary Linnarz.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Wasatch Valley Rehab Center for the care they provided our mom.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at 11 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Chapel, 10600 South 1700 East, where friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
