Hobbles was a stray who wandered into our lives in the summer of 1991. He was born without most of his right hind leg, and without the paw on the left hind leg, but he was able to run and jump like any other cat. Tragically, he couldn't climb - and he was cornered and killed by a dog on June 1, 1995. It broke our hearts. He was a very gentle and intelligent cat.
