HORACE DALE BURNS, 76, of Millington, construction worker, died of cancer Wednesday at his home. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with burial in Liberty Hill Cemetery. Munford Funeral Home Millington Chapel has charge. Mr. Burns, the husband of Minnie Martin Burns, also leaves two daughters, Merriam Kocur of Somerville, Tenn., and Linda Phillips of Memphis; two sons, Warren Burns of Southaven and Rodney Burns of Quito, Tenn.; two sisters, Catherine Hyland of Pope, Miss., and Uvie Ensor of Memphis, 13 grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, two stepgreat-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
