Tonya Ruth (Perry) Farrar, age 54, of Indian Trail, North Carolina, formerly of Jackson, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012. She was born on November 22, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, to parents, Phyllis Ruth (Shafer) Perry and the late David Robert Perry.
In addition to her mother, Toni is survived by two daughters, Stacy Lynn Mott and Tracy Dannielle Martin; stepson Mikie Kimmle; three sisters, Margie Ann Phillips, Teresa Maye Vaughn, and Kimber Lea McCarty; one foster sister, Anita Doles, and one adopted brother, Rudy Harrison Perry. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Tayler Renee Mott, Akaisha Jo Martin and one grandson, Daniel Elijah Malachi Mott; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
May God rest her soul, she will now sing in Heaven with her father and the heavenly choir.
A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Friday, March 9, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Stan Howard officiating. Friends and family will be received two hours prior to the service on Friday. Burial will follow in the Puritan Cemetery, Hamden, Ohio.
