David Fletcher Clark, 70, of West Berrien died Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at Memorial Hospital of Adel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Brookfield Baptist Church. Rev. G Cadwell and Rev. E Mimbs will officiate with burial to follow in Oakey Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Berrien County.

Mr. Clark was born on February 12, 1942 in Colquitt County and was the son of Harvey W. Clark and Versie Daniel Clark, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Eichenlaub Clark; his second wife, Paula Hendley Clark and one son, James Fletcher Clark. He was the owner of Clark Food, Inc., which owned the International House of Pancakes in Adel and Valdosta and was also a partner of I-75 Tire Company in Tifton. He was a member of Brookfield Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. He was also active in the Mell Baptist Association. He retired from the United States Navy as a Senior Chief and served in the Vietnam War. He had a great love for his church and family.
