My Aunt Gladys was a wonderful loving person. She was my second Mother and would always turn to her while growing up. She made the very best cookies at Christmas and everyone in the family got their own huge tray of cookies. Her passion was painting. After her death her daughter Barbara gave me some of her paintings and I have passed some of them on to my children. They are our family treasures.
