Michael Edward Bryars, Sr., age 40, born in Mobile, AL and a resident of Bay Minette, AL died Friday, October 4, 2013 at North Baldwin Infirmary. He was a corrections officer (retired) with the Baldwin County Sheriffs Department.
He is survived by his wife, Debra (Davis) Bryars of Bay Minette, AL; four sons, Michael Edward Bryars, Jr., Nikolas Cage Bryars, Joseph Allen Bryars and Jonathan Colt Bryars all of Bay Minette, AL; three brothers, Earl Bryars of Fairhope, AL, Tom Bryars of Savannah, GA and Jason Bryars of Elberta, AL and two sisters, Jeannie Brown of Dyas, AL and Debbie Ladnier of Bay Minette, AL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Earl and Martha Ann Hartley Bryars.
The funeral service will be held Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Full Power Holiness Church with Reverend Joe Welch officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Cemetery in Stapleton, Alabama.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jason Bryars, Tom Bryars, Jimmy Satterfield, Allen Johnson, Hunter Bryars, Fischer Bryars, Keaton Brown and Kevin Bryars
