Indianapolis - Dorothy Zoe Metsker, 82, of Indianapolis, died Sunday at St. Vincent Hospital

Born August 27, 1911, in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of Curtis and Dorothy (Tucker) Hendren.

She was a graduate of Bloomfield High School, and Indiana University. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Kappa Kappa gamma Sorority and Daughters of the American Revolution Carolyn Scott Harrison Chapter.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas L. Medsker; one daughter, Ibby Z. Hall of Indianapolis; one sister, Elizabeth H. Bixby of Indianapolis; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Robert Lorimer officiating. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.

There will be no visitation.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Daughters of the American Revolution or Kappa Kappa Gamma Soroity.
