Mrs. Williams professed her faith in Christ at an early age, and united with the Woodstock Baptist Church, where she attended services as long as her health permitted. Her devotion to Christ and loyalty to friends won her the respect of all who knew her. Her pleasing personality and friendliness made her beloved by a wide circle of friends.
She is survived by her husband, two brothers, Harrison Abbott, Norwood, and Charles Abbott, Somerset, and two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Cope, Crawfordsville, Indiana, and Mrs. Bertha Alexander, Eubank.
Funeral services were held at the graveside in Woodstock Cemetery Friday with the Rev. Earl Abbott and the Rev. W.A. Reese officiating.
