Frank was born on November 18, 1912, in Paso Robles, California. He was employed for over 40 years as an electrical engineer at PG&E. Frank was an active member of St. Sebastian's Catholic Church and their Young at Heart Club.
Frank is survived by his wife, Rose, a son, Edward (Alana) Dubost, a daughter, Carol (Greg) Brenk, his brother, Ray Dubost, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends.
