L. Billington, 75, Claimed by Death
Leonard Billington, 75, route 3, Twin Falls, died Sunday morning at Magic Valley Memorial hospital.
He was born April 2, 1884, in Kirksville, Mo., and came to Idaho from Kirksville 41 years ago. He had lived in both Hansen and Jerome, where he farmed prior to moving to his present ranch. He married Eva Anna Claybrook in 1905. She died in 1919. He married Geneva Mar Stafford Nov. 15, 1922, in Twin Falls. He was a member of the Presbyterian church.
Surviving in addition to his widow are two daughters, Mrs. Lola Garrison, Coquille, Ore., and Mrs. Joyce J. Johnston, Richfield, and two sons, Norman L. Billington, Hagerman, and Albert T. Billington, Twin Falls, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters and four children.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. John N. Macintosh, pastor of the Buhl First Presbyterian church, officiating. Final rites will be held at Sunset Memorial park.
