Mrs. Barrett moved to Fort Worth in 1923. Her husband was a pioneer in the utilities and transportation industries of Texas.

Survived by three sons - Neal P. Barrett, Sr., A.T. Barrett, Jr., M. Owen Barrett; one daughter - Mrs. Ralph H. Cummins; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
