John Malcolm Werner, 69, Henderson, passed away at 4:15 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 23, 1943, in Henderson to the late Adam and Maria Carroll Werner. He was retired from Gibbs and was a graduate of Holy Name High School and the University of Kentucky.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kaye A. Werner.
Survivors include one daughter, Teresa Werner; and one grandson, Colby Werner.
Services will be at noon Thursday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Father Anthony Shonis will officiate. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Tomblinson Funeral Home Henderson Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Danny Branson, Jim Crouse, Jerry Reddish, Ronnie Reddish, Richie Cates, Mike Freels and Frank Mooney.
