Lillian Ainey, 92, of Montrose, passed away on December 25, 2017, after a brief illness. Her husband, Albert Earle "Doc" Ainey, predeceased her.

She was born in Dickson City, to the late Peter P. and Josephine (Wietrzykowski) Arbosheski.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Betty Ainey; three granddaughters and their spouses, Stephanie and Michael Momary, Alesia and Chad Welch, Alyson Ainey; five great grandchildren, Lillian and Kimber Momary, Caiden and Harper Welch, Landyn Overfield; nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister, Dolores "Dee" Arbosheski, and brother, Peter Arbosheski.

Lillian worked for many years in the cafeteria in the Montrose High School, she also answered radio calls for power outages for Claverack.

She loved golfing, bowling, and playing bingo. Lillian loved to take her grandchildren to the Radio City Music Hall, go to Atlantic City, and go on bowling trips. She was a former member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and was very involved in many of the Church activities.

A Private Service was held at the family's convenience. Interment will be in Montrose Cemetery. Arrangements were through the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home.

Donations in Lillian's memory can be made to the Tunkhannock Methodist Manor, 50 West Tioga St., Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
