She worked as a special education coordinator for the Kansas City, Kansas, School District until retiring in 1981. She was a member of the Retired Teachers Association, the Parsons State Hospital Endowment Association, Kansans for Improved Nursing Homes, the Association for Retarded Children and the Donnelly College Guild. Following her retirement, she moved to Parsons to be near her son, Charlie, who was a resident of the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center.
She was an active member of Labette County Medical Center Auxiliary and enjoyed working at the hospital as a Pink Lady. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons and had attended the Cathedral of St. Peter in Kansas City, Kansas. She had also been active in Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) at St. Patrick's Church. Mrs. Bozic was survived by her son, Charles Milan Bozic, of Parsons.
The rosary was recited on Tuesday evening at the Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home in Parsons. The service was held on Tuesday morning at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas. The family suggested memorials to the Labette County Medical Center Auxiliary.
