Survivors include husband, Carl A. Warner; daughters, April Rhoads and Charity Nute of Fyffe, Ala.; grandchildren, Nicole, Rebecca, Ariel, Heather and Ethan; three brothers, Carl Phillips of Cookville, Tenn., Kenneth and Gary Phillips of Signal Mountain; three sisters, Fay Meeks of Shelbyville, Tenn., Judy Scott of Signal Mountain and Margo Chamberline of New Port Beach, Calif.; and adoptive parents, Paul and Dorothy Crawley of Chaparral, N.M.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lane-Coulter Chapel.
Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Tuesday 3-8 p.m.
