1903-1999
A Truly Delightsome Lady
Hope, the youngest of 10 children, passed away at noon, quietly, on Saturday, January 16, 1999. She was in complete control of her mental faculties up to the end. In the past few months she was increasingly frustrated at the way her body refused to cooperate. She was never old!
Hope enjoyed all of her contacts with the outside world, whether it was by visits, cards, letters or telephone calls. Special thanks go to Gina Oliviera of Oliviera's Guest Home who was her care giver.
At Hope's request, there was no formal service but it is sure that those who knew and loved her will each spend a quiet moment in reviewing the wonderful memories which she was so good at building with each one with whom she came in contact.
Hope's cremains will be deposited at the Hall Cemetery in Blue Mound, Il., by her nephew, Jack Brown. We are all united by the memories of her and will always be grateful for the times we shared.
