A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, 1999, in Christ Lutheran Church in Aurora for Martha L. Schwabauer, who died April 23 at age 93.
Mrs. Schwabauer was born Nov. 24, 1905, in Aurora. Her maiden name was Yost. She lived in Aurora her entire life until moving to Mount Angel 14 years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the church. She married John H. in 1928; he died in 1992.
Survivors include her sons, Raymond of Hubbard and Richard of Portland; brother, Allen Yost of Canby; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Interment was in Aurora Community Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the church, Providence Benedictine Care Center in Mount Angel or a favorite charity. Arrangements are by Canby Funeral Chapel.
