He was a beloved son and brother, who was dedicated to his loving family and close friends. Russ is survived by his mother, Margaret Jarman; and sister, Kay Jarman. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, January 5, 2006, at Earthman Southwest Chapel, 12555 South Kirkwood, Stafford. For those desiring, memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
