HERBERT L. MATCHETTE
Herbert L. "Bert" Matchette, 84, Wickenburg, died Sunday, July 22, at his home.
A resident of Wickenburg for 41 years, Mr. Matchette was born in Wisconsin and owned a typewriter repair shop here.
He was a member of the American Legion, served in the Army and was a 25-year member of the Wickenburg Volunteer Fire Department.
The volunteer fire department were pallbearers at services conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Goddard officiating. Burial was in Wickenburg Cemetery.

In the obituary appearing in the July 26 edition of the Sun, the names of family surviving Herbert Matchette was inadvertently omitted. He is survived by his wife, Hazel; a daughter, Shirley Murphy, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
