Celebration of life and going home graveside service for Donnie Mack Collinsworth, 59, of Coushatta, LA will be held at 12:00 noon, Saturday, September 28, 2013, at the Camp Ground Cemetery in Bienville, LA with Rev. Larry Carr officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Coushatta Chapel prior to service time.

Mr. Collinsworth of Coushatta, LA was born November 13, 1953, in Jonesboro, LA and went home to be with his Lord and savior on Thursday, September 26, 2013, in Coushatta, LA.

Mr. Collinsworth was a native of Coushatta, LA and was a power plant mechanic with an electric power company.

Preceding him in death were his parents, W. D. and Ethel Collinsworth.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Brandon Michael Collinsworth and wife, Kimberly; daughter, Rachele Collinsworth; grandchildren, Silas Trevor Collinsworth, Katelynn Anne Smith, MaKayla Shay Collinsworth, Logan Michael Collinsworth, Tyler Glen Collinsworth, and Nathan Rivers Collinsworth; sister, Karen McDonald; and brothers, Gary Collinsworth and Randall Collinsworth.
