Mayflower and Revolutionary War descendant - his 7th great grandfather was Edward Fuller.

Masonic Order, Spanish American War Co K 10th Reg OVI discharged 14 Dec 1898.

Frank volunteered for the Spanish American War and served five months as a sergeant. The war was over before active duty was required. He trained in southern Ohio, and was discharged in Harrisburg PA.

He died at twenty-nine from an industrial accident, metal in his eye, per Kay Eckert, and lobar pneumonia, per his Harvard Grove Interment Record. He was a foreman at a Cleveland rolling mill.
