Nick Galli was born in Italy and remained there as a young child with his mother after his father immigrated to the US in 1885. After his father was established as a farmer he sent for Nick and his mother who immigrated in 1891.
Nick grew up as a farm kid and remained in farming and ranching for the rest of his life. After the death of his father in 1911, he and brother Albert became partners in a hay, grain and stock raising operation in Hollister Township, San Benito County, at least through the 1940 census.
It appears Nick and brother Albert never married.
