World's greatest Mother and Grandmother, Gene Louise Litster Ipson, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Feb. 10, 2012. She was born Aug. 31, 1922 in Fort Duchesne, UT.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Campbell Litster and Phoebe Caron Nye, and seven siblings. She is survived by her four daughters; Jo Covington, Kathy Deem, Merelynn Bates, and Sandra Morris, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

The funeral will be held on February 14th at the LDS Chapel on 450 East Stokes Avenue, Draper, Utah. A viewing will begin at 2:00 PM, funeral at 4:00 PM. Interment will be at Maeser Fairview Cemetery on February 15th.
