Elysburg Woman Dies in Residence
Mrs. Ada Klingman, 81, North Market Street, widow of Charles Klingman, died shortly after midnight. She was found dead in bed this morning by her sister, Miss Ruth Vought.
Born October 8, 1877 in Mayberry Township, Mrs. Klingman was a daughter of the late Isaiah and Rose (Pensyl) Vought. She attended schools in Mayberry Township.
Mrs. Klingman, who lived most of her life in Elysburg, was married to Charles Klingman, who died 34 years ago. She was a member of St. John's (Vought) Lutheran Church and the United Lutheran Church Women.
Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Matilda Crowl and Miss Ruth Vought, Elysburg, and Mrs. Letta Long, Flint, Mich.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 in Bilig Funeral Home, Numidia. Burial will be in St. John's (Vought) Lutheran Church Cemetery.
