Funeral services for Mr. Frank J. Clark, Jr. will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 21, 2004 in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home. Rev. Leonard Free will be officiating. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield.

Mr. Clark, 82, of Winnfield died Sunday , September 19, 2004 at the Autumn Leaves Nursing Home. Mr. Clark was a retired Brick Mason and a veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and a retired Air Force Pilot who served in India in the Second World War. He was very active in the old Winn Sheriff's League and the Dixie Youth program as both a Coach and Umpire.

His parents, Frank J. and Laura Willmann Clark, two brothers, Charles H. Clark and Jerry Clark, and a Great Granddaughter, Kaela Bevill, precede him in death.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Leola B. Clark, six sons, John F. Israel, Jr., Frank J. Clark, III and his wife Linda of Winnfield, LA, Richard A. Clark and his wife Vickie, James G. Clark and his wife Kathy, Mark L. Clark and his wife Diane, Charles T. Clark and his wife Carolyn, all of Calvin LA. Two Brothers, Victor and Billie Clark of Doylene, LA. Three sisters, Margaret Twilley of Greer, SC, Patsy Coleman and Rosie Thomas of Mobile, AL.

Pallbearers will be Grandsons Mike Israel, John Israel, Kirk Clark, Richard Clark, James Clark, Joshua Clark, Heath Clark, and Casey Estese. Honorary Pallbearers are Jaime Clark, Wendy Israel, Erin C. Price, Kasey C. Bevill, Alayna Clark, Laura Clark, Megan Clark, and David Estese.

Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday, September 20, 2004 from 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM, and on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 from 8:00 AM until time of services.
