Daughter of William de Ferrers, 3rd Lord Ferrers of Groby, a descendant of King Edward I of England, and his first wife Margaret, daughter of Robert de Ufford, 1st Earl of Suffolk. She married, before April 1381, Thomas Beauchamp, 12th Earl of Warwick and a Knight of the Garter.Their son Richard succeeded his father as Earl.
