Fred Allen Briggs, a resident of Alta Loma, died Monday at an Ontario rest home. A native of Missouri, he was 74 years old and leaves two sons, three daughters and several grandchildren.
Survivors include Allen Briggs of Chula Vista, Floyd Briggs of Alta Loma, Mrs. Everett Van Dyke of San Bernardino, Mrs Paul Treddy of San Francisco and Mrs. Roy Holloway of Alta Loma.
Funeral services will be held in San Bernardino Thursday at 2 p.m. from Kremer Funeral chapel. Interment will be made at Park cemetery, Rialto.
