She was born Sept. 24, 1893, in Warren County, the daughter of George M. and Josephine Frymire Sallee.
She married Clarence Adcock on Feb. 1, 1921, in Coldbrook Township, Warren County. He passed away March 11, 1972.
Surviving are two daughters, Martha Livingston and Joan Malcolm, both of Galesburg; one son, Donald E. Adcock, Abingdon; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; by two sons, Richard D. Adcock and James R. Adcock; by one daughter, Mary A. Miller, and by five brothers, five sisters and one granddaughter.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Coldbrook Christian Church and the Good Neighbors Club.
A private graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1 in Mosher Cemetery. Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth, was in charge of arrangements.
